    Windows 10: suddenly can't click

    If the problem surfaced when you started using the mouse, then there's a possibility that it has caused the issue. For us to verify this, we would like to ask the following:

    • How is the mouse connected to your laptop? Is it through Bluetooth or USB?
    • Have you tried disconnecting the mouse and observe if the laptop freezes?
    • Did you experience the same when using the laptop's touchpad alone?
