Windows 10: z, a, q, 1, tab, Caps lock keep freezing/sticking/not working.

Our laptop has recently started having issues with z, a, q, 1, tab, Caps lock keep freezing/sticking/not working.The keys are not physically sticking, but when pressing them we are not getting any reaction.One thread I found suggested holding the z,a,q,1 keys down together and that works for a time - Sometimes enough to type a sentence, other times only a word, and right now after repeating holding all keys down for last few minutes enough to write multiple sentences.Then before long they do the same thing until we repeat the action all over again.We can use an external bluetooth keyboard fi

Q, 1, Caps lock and S

When i press the keys 1, Q, Caps lock and S, it won't work. Unless if i press 1 + Q + W / Caps lock + S + W which automatically makes it press Tab. Also, when I hold 1 + Q / Caps lock + S, it works but not as great and i can't press 1 + Q and Caps lock + S at the same moment

ESC, ~,TAB, CAPS, 1, Q, A, and Z are not working.

The above keys do not work most of the time. Sometimes they work for a little, then once I shut down my laptop it stops working again. Recently I've found out that if I press the CAPS, a, and s keys at the same
time, it increases my volume. If I press the same combo, but instead I click d rather than s, it opens the windows 10 get help tab. So the keys are doing something, but they will not actually let me type anything.
