    Z: drive disappears cannot access my WD External Drive anylonger


    About 3 months ago after a Windows updatewindows 10 64 bit, I suddenly lost my Z: Drive which was the WD external harddrive that I kept about 5-6 hundred movies on. Nothing appears wrong with the drive as it shows on my router with 1.8 used space. I tried both Cat5e connection and USB connection, but windows does not recognize either. I could really use some help as Plex can no longer access the drive either. Thank you,Jim

    as advised I selected "list".. and for a long time it was like this..
