Windows 10: zoo tycoon 2 crashes when alt tab back into game

if i alt+tab for a few times back to desktop it sometimes crashes and i have to open task manager and close down the game is there a fix to this I have tried window mode but i can't see very well i can here sounds but have to go to taskmanager and end the task from there

Problem Playing Zoo Tycoon 2

Hello, so i installed a Zoo Tycoon 2 and game worked normally. And tomorrow when i tried to play it doesnt work.

it is loading very slowly and when it comes to 50% it crashes.
