Can't download apps onto my Dell Laptop using Windows 10

A few possible reasons can be the cause of this issue with Windows Store. In order to diagnose the problem, we suggest that you run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter. This troubleshooter fixes problems that may prevent apps from downloading and installing
correctly. To run it, follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Troubleshooting and click on
  Troubleshooting from the results.
• On the left pane, click View all.
• Click Windows Store Apps.

In addition, we recommend that you manually reset the Windows Store app cache then try to download apps again. To manually reset, follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Command Prompt, and right-click Command Prompt
  from the results.
• Click Run as administrator.
• Type wsreset, and press Enter.

If the issue persists, we would like to know the following information to help us further identify the cause of this matter:

• Do you receive any error messages when downloading apps? If yes, what is the exact error message?
• Have you made any changes to your laptop before experiencing this issue?

I want to disable touchpad on Dell laptop


Hello everyone,
My laptop's touchpad works and I don't want it to, because I prefer a mouse. It's a Dell Inspiron 11 3000 series on windows 10 OS.

What I have tried that hasn't worked:

• start<settings<devices<mouse & touchpad<additional mouse options. This opens a window called Mouse Options which has 5 tabs up top, none of which involve the touchpad. The Hardware tab shows 2 devices: the mouse itself, and the USB. No touchpad there.
• windows key+x<mobility center. No touchpad to be found.
• various function keys. No options for touchpad on/off.
• device manager<mice and other pointing devices. Again, only the mouse and usb show up. It appears the touchpad is working without a driver, which is a little spooky.

Any other suggestions? I could try downloading a third party driver, but that seems like a step in the wrong direction.

So far I've picked up Tetris, Need for Speed Shift, SoundHound amd ADWLauncher EX. There were several other games that were listed, including ones too good for my phone *Frown
