Windows 10: Zoom Crash Causing BSoD errors - twice in one day

I've had a PC with these specs for around a year and it's in good coniditon:

- GPU: 1660 Super

- Ryzen 3600

- 16gb ram

- 240gb SSD


I was in a zoom call for a seminar and the app flickers/goes black/freezes briefly and then it's fine for around 30 seconds and then my whole computer crashes with Blue Screen of Death with varying error messages.


I think it may be drivers? What are the first steps I should be taking to fix this?

BSOD at least twice a month - uncertain cause

I have run driver verifier with the below settings for >48 hours. There have been no BSOD. Please advise on next steps

• I/O verification
• Force pending I/O requests
• IRP logging

The result was a working system in safe mode, though the GPU isn't used in safe mode.
Please perform a clean boot again, watch the temperatures at all times (if you didn't yet) and from there we'll see what needs to be done. Please do not enable anything in taskmanager & msconfig, I want you to boot without any startup items & services enabled.

What was the BSOD stop code? Based on the BSOD stop code I'll edit the suggestion in this post.

 

tcpip.sys 0x109 BSOD error. How do i fix it ??

The steps suggested will enable you to collect the information needed to diagnose the cause of the crashes. You need to provide me with copies of these files if you want me to help you to resolve the BSOD errors.
