Windows 10: Zoom My laptop's microphone cuts off my voice while others talking

Hi, i have asus laptop. When i join to Zoom session, while only i'm talking, there is no problem.But if someone talks with me at the same time, my mic cuts off my voice and otherparticipants cant hear my voice. If everyone silence, my voice going properly. Its not about "auto-mute" option. I checked all settings in Zoom software. I unchecked "auto-reduce" setting also. When i checked this with Skype, there is no problem. everyone can hear me. It's happening in only Zoom software. I updated zoom software latest version


What do you suggest me about this problem?

Microphone not working for zoom

I have already checked all the normal settings, etc!!

1. A couple days ago, I tried to connect my iphone to the bluetooth on my laptop. (I wanted to be able to share audio from an app in my phone during a zoom meeting.) Windows 10 told me that my phone was paired. But no sound came through the laptop.

2. I cannot use a cable to connect my phone because there is no microphone outlet on my laptop; it only has an outlet for headphones.

3. I searched lots of recommendations online and tried them (sorry, I'm not good with this and can't tell you exactly what I tried.)

4. I had a zoom meeting afterward, and my microphone worked fine.

5. Yesterday, my system said that I needed to restart and said something about microphone. I restarted the laptop.

6. Last night, I tried to host a zoom meeting and could not be heard.

I have followed numerous tips online and nothing is helping.

a. According to the advanced settings in zoom, my microphone is connected. However, when I test the microphone in zoom, it does not record my voice.

b. The settings in Windows 10 show that my laptop has permission to use my microphone in the zoom app.

I'm convinced that I inadvertently changed something a couple days ago when trying to troubleshoot the bluetooth problem. I think that change took effect when I restarted the laptop yesterday. But I have no idea what change I may have made. Everything
that I know to check looks correct, yet the microphone is not recording me when I talk in zoom.

Update: When I right click the sound icon on the task bar, the option for "sound" is not in the list.

 

microphone keeps on cutting out when i talk

Recently my Astros A40's on the microphone it keeps on cutting out my voice on in apps like Teamspeak, Discord and Steam Chat. its to the point where i thought it was my headphones breaking so i just bought another pair of Astros A40's and tried them out
and still having the exact same issue. My voice picks up but it cuts out mid sentence and then you cant understand what i just said. ive uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, ive checked the cords to make sure there correct (and plus new microphone) and
still cuts out. This just randomly started happening out of no where and currently cant really do anything but play by myself so any help would be appreciated.

Microphone not working when on Zoom/Skype or when trying to record my audio

Hi,

I have an Acer latop with Windows 10.

For some reason I can't work out, my microphone is not working when I try to speak to people on Zoom/Skype calls, or when I want to record my voice (when putting together presentations - eg Powerpoint).

I've been through all the suggestions re testing the microphone and ensured all settings are correct, and everything is telling me the microphone is functioning fine. I've also been through all my Zoom and Skype settings to ensure that they are set up to
work with my microphone (Realtek HDA), as that I'm unmuted.

But when I try to talk to people on Zom etc, or when I try to record my own audio, there's nothing.

Anyone had a similar problem?
