Windows 10: zoom not functioning unable to use PC

Zoom control not working. After I open an email my screen collapses into the upper left corner. When I tried using Edge the screen collapsed into the middle. I was able to get the MS Community a message, but my PC was not stable enough to respond. I'm on Desktop PC. What I did. I discovered that the screen you use to make an Outlook Support report is not affected by the Zoom function. I used the Help > Contact Support messaging and hoped they would relay it to MS Community. So, I typed my message, and sent it to Outlook support, copied it, then sent it to MS Community Support. T

  Is the issue specific to the Zoom app?

  Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?

  Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating
  system am I running?
  

I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the Zoom article

Testing computer or device audio and see if that helps.

Zoom support team for further assistance with the issue.

Badly zoomed in on all Office products and Explorer

Hi,

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

• If you have a mouse with a wheel, hold down the Ctrl key, and then scroll the wheel to zoom in or out.
• From the keyboard, you can increase or decrease the zoom value in 10% increments. To zoom in, press Ctrl + (+). To zoom out, press Ctrl + (-). To restore the zoom to 100%, press Ctrl+0.

UNSTABLE ZOOM FUNCTION DURING TYPING

I have Windows 10. Every time I type the screen zooms in and out. Very unstable. This only occurs when I type. I read other threads and the suggestions for deactivating the pinch zoom function do not work.
