    Zoombinis from Microsoft Store not saving the game, suggested solutions are not working


    I purchased the Zoombinis game via Microsoft store, but even though I followed the instructions from a previous thread to resolve this issue, it doesn't work. I have tried resetting the app, and I have made sure that the game is on Journey, not on Practice. I feel pretty frustrated that I purchased a game, but it doesn't work.

    I already tried this. After doing your suggestion, I played a round, exited the game. When I re-entered, my game was saved. After playing for an hour, I exited the game and looked to see if my game was still saved, but it was not. My game was erased.

    Have you already tried to repair the App?

    Here's how to repair it:

    Search for Zoombinis app, right click > App Settings > click Repair or Restore.
