    Is Memory Integrity in Core Isolation important to run if "incompatible drivers" prevent that?

    Recently Windows 11 Security began notifying me that Device Security needs action: Memory Integrity (in Core Isolation) cannot be turned on because of three "incompatible drivers." All three drives were installed from my ZTE Android phone. ZTE cannot provide updated drivers.

    1. Is not running Memory Integrity really risky?
    2. What would happen if I deleted the three specific drivers?
    3. What are the drivers incompatible with anyway?

    Not sure why this warning just started, as I have had the phone for several years without any issues.

    Core Isolation preventing a driver from loading

    The driver "gdvr3.sys" was causing core isolation to turn off. After turning it back on and restarting, get the message that Core Isolation has blocked the driver from loading. However, it is not showing up under problems when I look under core isolation details. Not sure what next steps need to be.

    Core Isolation Will Not Run

    Core Isolation is flagging me with an error that says it will not run because I have a driver running called usb2ser.sys from MediaTek Inc. (oem123.inf). I cannot figure out why I have this driver and I don't find it using normal tools.

    I ran regedit to see if I could learn anything and found no reference to usb2ser.sys.

    There are many fairly similar "\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\DriverDatabase\DeviceIds\" entries that reference oem123.inf but I did not learn much from them.

    There were two keys that may be interesting:

    \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\DriverDatabase\DriverInfFiles\oem123.inf

    and

    \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\DriverDatabase\DriverPackages\cdc-acm.inf_amd64_7c173df05350bded

    These seem interesting because they both have the "cdc-acm.inf_amd64" reference and my computer is an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU.

    Do you have any suggestions on how to get core isolation to run?
