Windows 10: saved frames from video in Microsoft Photos have a black line

whenever i try to save frames from a video in Microsoft Photos, a black line appears on the side in the saved photo - is there a way to prevent this?

Microsoft Photos App - Error when saving a photo while saving frames from a video

Hi,

I'm trying to create photos from my videos using the Photos app but am encountering an error.

I open the video with the app, click Edit & Create -> Save Photos, then whenever I click on the 'Save Photo' option when viewing frame by frame, I'm given the same error: 'Something went wrong. Please try that again'.

I have tried this many times over a few weeks but it's still not working.

Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

Where are the photos stored that are taken of a video frame?

I'm using the Photo app to take a picture of a frame in a video. After successfully selecting a frame and confirmation that the photo is saving, I can't find the photo. I've looked in the pictures folder and the folder where the video was stored, but nothing
is there.

Why am I unable to save to save as a photo a frame from a selfshot video

Why am I unable to save a photo a frame from a self shot video. I click on Save as A Photo and then get a message there was a problem try again later.

Any remedies please.
