Windows 10: New user account setup install random language to my PC, every time it restart

Recently, I've been looking for issue how window install language pack to my PC

every time when I restart


[Device Info:

Surface Pro 4, window 10 up to date (auto update)]


The language I use on my PC is just 2 (Thai, English (US))

so switch shortcut is fine.


but every time i restart it got 4, and i have to add (non existing language on my PC)




From the image above, I have only Thai, English but what I have from while the language bar contain 4 language to switch from the picture below this text







From picture above, I have to add English (United Kingdom) and option > add english (US international) and remove it every time to make it have only 2 left



So I went to language > Administrative Language Setting: On administrative tab - Welcome Screen and new user accounts setting > Copy

on picture below






So finally i found, what make this problem occur?

New user accounts

Display, Input Language : English (UK, US international)






But how to delete/ change

New user account setting to English (US)?


I hate keep add/remove language to remove 2 keyboard every time it restart PC

It will auto add non exist keyboard on language preference

Am unable to create a new user. Accounts -> Add someone else to this PC options is not working to create a new account.

Do not worry we will help you with this issue.

Try few of the troubleshooting steps below and check if it helps.

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the computer, sign-in and check with the status of this issue. As this might be a temporary issue.

Follow the below steps to create a new user account:

• Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on
  Control Panel.
• Select User Accounts, click on Manage another account.
• Select Add a new user in PC settings, click on
  Add someone else to this PC and follow onscreen instructions.

Local account installation question

I'm fairly certain that Skip this step was available in 10.0.130 - the workaround in Step 20 (back button) is no longer required.

The currently known, as of 10.0.130, ways to create a Local account sign-in are

• Skip this step at the MS account creation phase
• No Internet connection during the install
• static IP (post# 2 by Fragment) - New (to me anyway)

• How have you upgraded to Windows 10?
• Are you able to find the other users in accounts option?

To test the issue I suggest you to create a new user account and restart the computer and check whether you can find other new user account.

I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

• Go to Settings.
• Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
• Select add someone else on this PC.
• Enter a user name and hit next.
• Click on Finish.
• Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.
