Windows 10: After a hack -File "Lmkdoigsvc.exe" keeping pc from sleeping.

After an attempted hacking of my pc from a disguised setup file. My pc will not go to sleep mode automatically. The Power cfg energy report pointed to "lmkdoigsvc.exe". I'm unable to stop it from running or delete it from file manager. I've run my antivirus and malware and it now reports clean. There is no info on the net about this file. Details says it from Microsoft but I doubt that. It has a creation date of when I was hacked.

How do I eliminate this file?
