Windows 10: Internet Web Site Not Displaying Properly

I have a new PC and have a annoying problem once in a while. When I open an internet page it usually displays fine, but sometimes it does not (see below). If the page does not display properly and I click on refresh, it displays fine.


Can you tell me how to eliminate the problem (I am using Chrome and Win 10 Home?

Web Pages do not display properly

I just purchased a Tilt phone and when I get on the internet the web page does not display properly. A lot of the page is missing and what is there is jumbled up. I have tried a couple of different pages but none of them load fully. Is there any settings
I need to change? I have tried "One Column", "Fit to Screen", and "Desktop" in the view settings but none of them fix it. My wife just got the Iphone and it displays the pages perfectly. Any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks

As there is no Open Button in the error display Window, I suggest you to click on the Right Arrow button in the bottom left corner and check if it helps or displays the full error message.

I suggest you to run the Internet Explorer Performance troubleshooter by following the steps provided below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on “View All” in the top left corner.
• Click on “Internet Explorer Performance” and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

I cant open mi web page in internet and my emails in outlook

• Do you get any error message when you cannot open the websites?

I suggest you to check the status of the issue on different web browsers. In case you face the issue on Internet Explorer, you may add the website to Compatibility view settings and check if it helps.
To add the website to compatibility view follow the steps below.

Steps:-

      Open Internet Explorer and go to the website.

      Press Alt + X keys and select
      Compatibility view settings.
      
    • 
      Click on Add and Close.
