    Video/audio streaming stutter issue


    Windows 10 1809. Hewlett-Packard AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon(TM) HD 8400 R3 Series Graphics 2..00GHz. RAM 4.00 GB 64-bit Operating System, x64 based processor. I have been experiencing video/audio streaming stuttering and noises on Netflix, Prime and YouTube in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. I already tried all possible updates and different forums recommendations (rolling back display adapter, modifying audio enhancements combinations, etc.) without a solution since January 2019.

    Server stutters video when streaming

    So the problem is that video streaming from the server is stuttering on the other machines, and rebooting the server fixes the issue?

    Video has a mild stutter, streaming and some local files


    It sounds like a codec issue. Can you upload 1 of the problematic files somewhere for us to test?

    Video streaming issues in Windows 10

    FWIW this suggestion worked for me, thank you! I upgraded to RTM Windows 10 (have been upgrading betas for last year, upgraded to RTM, had issues and then did refresh PC). After refresh and installation of all HP Win 10 drivers my audio off my laptop would
    do the electronic "stutter" on certain applications, namely videos from web and Skype for Business/Lync calls. The audio issue also affected video as videos played through web pages would stutter due to audio not being processed correctly. Making this change
    fixed both problems.
