Windows 10: watchtvnow.co (persistent popup)

I have run Spybot, MS Security Essentials, Malware, scoured the registry, and the Google Chrome suggestions to remove it. Nothing happens. It pops up every few hours no matter what is open or running--I have Google Chrome, and Win 7, I have tried to find it on ZTree but it seems to not be anywhere. I don't dare click on the 'options' button on it, either. It seems to float quietly above everything, and when you click to remove it from the screen it goes away, only to come back hours later. Can you help? There is, btw, nothing in Google that matches what they are suggesting we should do.

I would give the other 3 options mentioned in the first guide:

• STEP 3: Use HitmanPro to scan for malware and unwanted programs
• (Optional) STEP 4: Reset the browser settings to their original defaults
• (Optional) STEP 5: Double-check for malicious programs with Zemana AntiMalware

FreeBooter, I did as you suggested and rebooted. The problem persisted. I noticed that the Bitdefender services remained checked when I turned off all non-Microsoft related services in the steps above.
