    Hi,

Issue : Windows Explorer doesn't respond in any way, can't open start menu, notifications, any apps on the task bar except Photoshop. Can't click in the search bar, can't close windows except for Photoshop, can't close or move tabs in Edge. We can force close in Task Manager, but that doesn't help. In Task Manager Windows Problem Reporter is going crazy, uploading 1-5 Mbps of error reports. Restart is required. This happens over and over again.

Scenario : We were doing some work today, we had used Photoshop and Edge and had opened some images in the Photos app. So the first thing we notice is that tabs can't be closed or moved in Edge, then we see Explorer stop responding, except Photoshop as already mentioned.

I'm pretty certain this is Edge's fault, because it reminds me a lot of similar problems I was having with Edge going back about a year, where it's tabs would become corrupted and also where I couldn't interact with Explorer, requiring restart.

    :)

Decent Price For Uk Members For Q6600 With G0 Stepping!

im still tempted by a xeon 3210, they cost around £145, but nowhere lists which stepping they are (though komplett's specs say 105w, which would indicate a b3)

    1903 / 18362.145 Can't interact with Explorer.

Cumulative Update KB4497093 for Windows 10 Insider 1903 build 18362.86 Insider

That surprises me. The reason I downloaded 18362.30 from UUP Dump was that MS had just released that build for a wider distribution on MSDN, suggesting it is the likely RTM.

Windows 10 and Server 1903 ISO now available to download on MSDN - Windows 10 Forums
