    Since 2017 I have try your program. Fast ring and slow and I'm undecided. The desktop is Foxconn motherboard Intel J2900 Pentium Quad Core 22nm. My broadband is dial-up DSL copper wire 1024kBuan x 768kBuan. There isn't a wrong answer in the digital world, AND OR NAND NOR.

    We suggest that you check if the low battery notification is turned
    on. Kindly follow these steps:

    • On the search box, type Power Options to see the laptop's power plans.
    • Click on Change Plan Settings.
    • Click on the Change Advanced Power Settings.
    • Scroll down and look for Battery.
    • Expand it see Low battery notification, turn it on for both
      On battery and Plugged in.
    Let us know whenever you need further assistance.

    Desktop Turns On When Laptop Powered Up

    Hi,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    I suggest you for follow the methods below and check if it helps in solving the issue:

    Method 1: Run Power Troubleshooter.

    You may try to run the Power Troubleshooter and Reset the power options.


    • Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.

    • Click on “View all” on the top left pane.

    • Select Power from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

    Method 2:

    Run the in-built Network troubleshooter by following the steps below.


    • Type “troubleshooting” in the search box and press Enter.

    • Click on “View all” on the top left corner.

    • Click on “Network Adapter” and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.
    Then, shutdown your PC and check.

    Let us know the status.
