Windows 10: Getting SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD when changing any BIOS OC setting

Specs:
Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Plus
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x
CPU Cooler: stock Wraith Spire
Chipset Version: 19.10.16
Avg CPU temps: ~54.4°C

GPU: Geforce RTX 2070
GPU driver version: 431.36
Avg GPU temps: ~37°C

With a clean Win 10 install after putting this build together, I tried going into the BIOS and changing some OC settings like enabling X-AMP. It started BSODing inside Windows with SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED without any file name. It's weird as it's seemingly random and it happens after using the computer for some time. Reverting to BIOS defaults fixes this. Next I tried to enable SVM for running VMs. It starts crashing again, and reverting to defaults fixes it again.

When I start my laptop. It's always restart and show BSOD : SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

(Cl.dll). Please give me your suggestion.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
