    Hey community,


    So I've been troubleshooting this thing for a few days not and coming up with nothing. It doesn't seem like anyone has experienced what I'm going through, let me break it down. (Windows 10)


    I turn on my PC and it boots up like normal, I get to the welcome screen, it takes a few mins to slide up and get to the password entry. If i attempt to enter my password the little dots will circle around forever. I've tried Shift+Restart to get to recovery mode, but every option I choose leads to an error screen saying "There was a problem" and gives me error code 80070013 to look up.


    So I can't use command prompt, wipe the hard drive, revert back to an older version, system restore, startup repair, system image recovery, they all lead to that error screen. I've tried to restart in Safe Mode, but when it comes to the screen where I need to choose what it restarts to (Safe mode, Safe mode with networking ect.) the keyboard and mouse stop working and I'm stuck on that screen unless I hard reset.


    I also can't get into my Bios, I've tried pressing every button it says, I'm not sure if my startup is to fast or my keyboard isn't powered on in time but that has not been an option either.


    I'm out of ideas and research has only shown me the same things again and again. Please help, any suggestions or info would be much obliged. Thanks!

    Ok i'm a soldier in Afghanistan! I brought my HD7 with me! I want the Mango update! but all I have is the MWR computers! ( one with admin privilege) I installed zune, got my phone to be recognized and update page said there is update! computer creates
    back up but then errors out at the end of back up! error code 80070013 plus one of the many times ive tried it told me that the windows phone temp. file wasn't large enough or something like that! ( I had 93 GB free!) it didn't say that the last time I tried
    though! I NEED HELP!!
