Windows 10: Move windows 10 pro from one machine (Dell notebook) to another one (HP Notebook)

Recently, I have a problem concerning Windows10 pro upgrading to Windows10 pro version 1903. It was found that there was disk check required which seem to be disk error and I could not get into the windows to check as it restarted every time I rebooted. Then, I decided to move the Windows 10 pro from existing machine (Dell Notebook) to another machine (HP Notebook) by installing the new copy of Windows10 pro (version 1903) without any new purchase of Windows10 pro but I'm not sure whether I can do this. Does anyone suggest me to resolve this matter?

Can't update the HP Pavilion Notebook.

I'm trying to update my system and am getting a message to delete HP Pavilion Notebook - BIOS manually as it is incompatible with the upgrade.

I can't find it to delete it. It's not in the Programs list with the other HP apps.

Any suggestions?

Apps on HP Notebook

I just purchased a HP Notebook with Windows 10. A twitter app came pre-installed on the notebook and I'm just wondering if I can get a Facebook app on it.

 

Cortana Notebook

In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Cortana.
• Go to Settings.
• Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.
