So, track record with microsoft support is abysmal. How can a company with such vast resources literally fall flat on its face on support?

Last issue i burned hours on the phone with someone i could barely understand to be told, i have to wait 30 days for the "system" to recycle my microsoft account. Of course instead of changing my email and moving forward, I waited 30 days and surprise! no bueno.

Ive moved on from that. Now I have a new issue which microsoft said they can do nothing about, and suggested I come here. I tried explaining to another gentleman I could barely understand that the problem is such that nobody in a "community" is going to be able to help, unless they make a habit of allowing peers inside their network and given access to their servers, but i digress. Prove me wrong - please.

Now that my mini rant is done.

I used an ISP email address for a long time. Foolish of me as upon finally having reason to change ISP's and doing so - I was told by my ISP they'd be closing the email address. I frantically updated everything under the sun, and after that I thought all was well.

Turns out, my windows insider emails are still going to the old email address. They dont give an unsubscribe, the only unsubscribe is opting out of the program which I dont want to do.

Even if they did, it would only solve half the problem as its not like im getting duplicate emails - theyre literally ONLY going to the old email address.

How do i contact someone to get this fixed? Struck out with chat support who pointed me to phone support. Struck out with them. I mean.... really - something as simple as updating an email....

Tailoring Emails Sent to Multiple Contacts


Hello.

I want to send emails to multiple contacts, separated by the ; of course, but if an individual replies, that reply would only be seen by me, the original sender.

You see, I sent an email to multiple contacts and the replies were meant for me only - not for reading by the whole contact list I sent the email to. You follow?

It is rather redundant to re-type/send individual emails saying the same thing to many contacts to get individual responses.

Let's say, for example, I sent out a performance questionnaire to many contacts. I want the contacts to reply without the other contacts knowing what their responses are.

Nothing 'shady' mind you. Just want contacts to freely express their opinions/suggestions/recommendations/help.

Sent Emails lost

I've lost several sent emails. about 3 months worth...just noticed after nothing that I did. All emails I send now are not in sent folder. I'd rather talk to someone at Microsoft, but can't find a support number to call. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
