    Restored my computer and now Adobe CS3, word, and a couple other programs will not open unless I open as administrator. Dragon naturally speaking won't open at all. Can someone help?

    Glad you got it installed. Mind sharing with us your steps to complete the successful install? It may help others in the future.

    For deactivation, as MM says, contacting Adobe is the best way to have the old computer deactivated. The CS3 activation servers are still working, so they should be able to assist you.

    I would like to inform that CS3 is an older version of the software, you may not be able to run it on Windows 10.

    I suggest you to download the latest version from Adobe website, try installing on Windows 10 and check if it helps.
