    File Explorer

I use File Explorer to move files around my system for various reasons several times a day as part of my work. However, after a while, File Explorer performance deteriorates to the point in no longer usable. The pattern of deterioration is usually the same the right-click menu changes to a black or grey oblong box that displays nothing. Then then the thumbnails icons changes to same icons which is usually just a white box and all files have the same file name. Then file Explore becomes usable. Other aspects of desktops don’t seem affected but the only way to get file Explorer to work again is to reboot my desktop and then the pattern starts again. I've had had this problem on two separate desktops with similar specs.

    Windows 10 Pro version 1903 64bit
    Processor Intel Core i9-9900k CPU @ 3.60Ghz
    Ram 32GB
