Windows 10: I can not open any of my Microsoft programs. Help!

I can not open any of my Microsoft programs. It was working a few days ago, now nothing. I keep getting the updating Microsoft box, then the red X saying can not open program. Help! I have tried the PowerShell thing without any success.

Microsoft signals end of Paint program

Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to offer its graphics program Paint.

In a recent update, it had listed Paint as a feature that would be either removed or no longer developed.

Paint, renowned for its simplicity, has been part of the Windows operating system since its launch in 1985.

Microsoft suggested it would not remain on Windows 10 by default but did say it would be available for free on the Windows Store.

If the issue persist follow the steps below.

  Open Default Program.

  Click on Associate a file type or protocol with a program.
  
• 
  Select any pdf file Extension.
  
• 
  Click on Change program.
  
• 
  Select Adobe Reader.
