    Lock Sreen settings blank


    Hi, I am unable to change my lockscreen image, when I set the background to "Picture" or "Slideshow" and then proceed to select an image, it just shows grey instead and the image doesnt appear in the "Choose your picture" section thats right above the browse button.


    I have attached a screenshot of what the lockscreen setting looks like, I am able to choose the windows spotlight images

    Has anyone had this issue?

    We appreciate your response and the screenshots you provided! Since there's nothing wrong with the power options, we suggest that you check the screen saver. The screen saver might have been set to "Blank" with a timer of 1 minute. If it's set like that,
    simply change the "Blank" to "None". Here are the steps on how to change the screen saver settings:

    • Go to Settings, then click Personalization.
    • Look for Lock screen, and select Screen saver settings.
    • In the Screen saver drop down, choose None.
    • Click Apply, then OK.
    Once done, you can also restart your computer to make sure that the settings has been saved. Observe your computer and see if the issue persists.

    Problem with locked sreen during the call

    I have lumia 625. Problem is when i recive call or i am calling my sreen is automatticly locked, and when i press unloc button at the right side nothing is haping. I don t getted! Sometimes when i press it sreen apear at sec but then desapear. i have to
    wait untill person on other side shhang up or in case when i am calling and nobody is answer i must wait till end when automaticly finish call if nobody answer. I am no good at tech so i don t know what to do!
