Windows 10: Bluethoot disappeared and doesn't work anymore

Hello everyone, I have an ASUS F556U and I use a Bluethoot mouse

Yesterday morning I downloaded and upgraded my laptop from Windos update and I continued working on my laptop and everything was going right when, during the afternoon, suddenly the mouse stop working. Initially I was wandering about the batteries, but the problem is that from that moment my laptop is not able anymore to use the bluethoot functionality.

Can you help me? what should I do? Now windows update says the laptop is updated to the latest version.

Scanner doesn´t work anymore after last Windows 10 update

As many people on the internet already are discussing, their scanner doesn´t work anymore after the last Windows update. But there seem to be no solution.

My Scanner starts making noises, as usual, and then i get error messages: "Communication with the scanner is not possible"

Is there a workaround for that?

Re-install the TWAIN drivers? (They are not included in Windows.)

You might get a better answer if you gave the make and model of the scanner.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
