Windows 10: Got BSOD (TDR Failure nvlddmkm.sys) when using Nvidia graphic card for gaming

Hi. I often got BSOD (TDR Failure nvlddmkm.sys) when playing game. I playing PES19 and Bluestack. I got BSOD after about a minute when opening PES19 and several times when using Bluestack. I already sent my laptop for fan cleaning and they also check if i got graphic card faulty but they cant find the cause. Already updated the latest Nvidia driver. My laptop seems normal when im not playing game ( browsing, watch move etc.). Please help me...

BSOD Video TDR Failure


She probably needs to do a video driver update. Get her to go to the manufacturers website for her graphics card and update her graphics card drivers.

Frequent BSOD issue Asus K53sm NVIDIA 630m Windows 10

In the past I had video TDR failures rarely and none of them gave me a BSOD. TDR failures recover on their own usually with a message in the system tray. But if frequency of occurrence is high, you may receive a BSOD, I guess.

I suggest you read the following article and do what is recommended in the article for a possible solution.

Especially RAM check is important.

I also assume you haven't done any overclocking on your system.

There are BIOS updates for your notebook. < Asus K53SM > Have you updated ?

how do i do this? I right clicked on the desktop and clicked the Nvidia control panel and got a "VIDEO_MEMOR_MANAGMENT_INTERNAL" BSOD
