Windows 10: Windows 10 Randomly Freezing

Recently I have reinstalled Windows 10 and since then it freezes randomly for 15 to 30 seconds (all programs freeze too).

Before the reinstall i didn't have any of these problems

I have looked at the Event Viewer and at the time of the freezing it always noted "Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued" (The event ID is 129 if it helps).

Does anyone have a solution to this?

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
