Windows 10: Samsung ATIV XE700T1C - s-Pen isn't working properly

Hello, I've Samsung ATIV XE700T1C tablet and have an issue. I looked for many websites to fix this issue but I failed.


I can touch every area with hands but with pen some areas is not working.


At the below you can see the issue. Pen is affecting painted areas of screen but it isn't affecting blank areas of screen .

Samsung Ativ S

I think that there should be a Samsung Ativ Note phone instead for AT&T. If released, it could be the first phone to support the S Pen. Additionally, there will be more demand for Samsung Windows Phones than Android phones. It will be better than the Ativ
S.

The reason I want to make a request is that since Samsung's demand for Windows phones and tablets is very low, the Samsung Ativ Note can increased the demand very quickly. Why? People will have more fun with the S Pen for Windows Phone 8 (I don't know
if there is going to be a S Pen SDK for Windows Phone 8).

When a user turns on the Ativ Note for the first time, he or she sees a picture of the S Pen to be removed. That means "Remove the S Pen from the holder and tap the screen to continue." And then the main setup process begins (set language, accept terms
of service, adjust settings, set up Microsoft account).

Here are the specs that I have predicted (note that this phone hasn't been released yet):

• Battery: 3100 mAh, 11.78 Vh, 3.8 V
• Preinstalled apps: S Note, S Player, S Studio
• Operating system: Windows Phone Apollo Plus or Windows Phone Blue
• Other features: Built in FM or TV tuner, charging pins, or even a dual-SIM card slot
• Carriers: AT&T & T-Mobile (Verizon has the Odyssey, while Sprint has announced Samsung Windows Phones)
• Languages: Over 70 languages to be supported (added Austrian & Swiss German, English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Philippines, South Africa, French (Belgium, Canada)

 

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
