Windows 10: Unable to use zkemkeeper.dll from 64 bit computer

hi there,
im developing a windows application communicate with bio-metirc device so, im using zkemkeeper.dll file. My development computer is 64 bit,

1. i placed this dll under C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and registered successfully
2. i placed this dll under C:\Windows\System32 and tried to register the following error occurs:The module zkemkeeper.dll failed to load . Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependant.dll files. The specified module could not be found

After installed a tool named Dependency Walker, I fould there are some required dependencies of the DLL are missing.

Windows 10 Upgrade 32-bit to 64-bit

So, Windows 10 Upgrade is being rolled out worldwide, and I have 'reserved' my upgrade.

Currently my computer is running Windows 7 Pro 32-bit. I'm planning to 'upgrade' it to Windows 10 64-bit (via fresh install, of course).

After reading many references, these will be the steps I'll do:

1. Let the "Get Windows 10" app upgrade my OS to Windows 10 32-bit
   
2. Note the activation key
   
3. Download the Installation Media for Windows 10, but choosing 64-bit instead
   
4. Perform a clean install
   
5. Reactivate using the activation key in Step #2
   

(Of course I'll backup my data first.)

However, I still have some questions:

1. On Windows 7, the activation key does not differ between 32- or 64-bit versions. Is it still so with Windows 10?
   
2. Will I be able to download a different architecture on Step #3?
   
3. Is there anything I need to prepare beforehand?

How do I register .DLL files in a Windows 10 64-bit?

works:

• Go to the Search window and type
  cmd, right click on Command Prompt and choose
  Run as an administrator option.
  
• Type the following command in the command window and hit
  Enter - regsvr32 <dllname>

Windows 10 and 64-bit

I have been running my windows 10 with Adobe products with 64 bit. My Windows 10 updated over the weekend and kicked by out of 64 and back to 32. I am unable to use Adobe Captivate because the entry point is to 32 C:WINDOWS/SYSTEM32?MSVCP110.dll and my
software is 64. How do I fix?
