Windows 10: windows 10 new idiom

Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron 5557 laptop with Windows 10 - 64 bits.

The laptop came with only one idiom installed (Portuguese Brazil) and would like to change it for the English United States.

I tried to change the setup but the message says that my Windows only work with 1 single language.

What is the best alternative to make my laptop work in English?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
