Windows 10: How MS store is encouraging piracy

I know its such a wild title but you need to think about it,

The way MS store works makes total since if we think about it as if we were game developers who want their games to be accessed only by people who really paid for their games, but did MS developers thought about that there are parts of this world where people still live on limited bandwidth ?

did they ever tried to find solution for this issue ? games size these days can easily exceed 100GB, and what microsoft has done in return ? nothing

lets get drafted for a second here, Steam does allow you to download your games to external HDD and copy paste the game to your steam folder on the other PC, then it checks for the license and if you have one, then you are ready to go and play the game.

Microsoft doesn't allow any kind of backup, move, or copy paste games folder or installation file even if you own both source PC and target PC, if the game isn't downloaded on the target PC directly from MS store then nothing will work.

I myself have purchased FH4 saw the size of 75GB, i said its alright i will download it on my laptop over my friend place then move it back to my PC and start playing "just like i do with steam", little i would know this gonna be the worst experience ever.

So I bought the game, got my laptop and my external HDD and went over to my friend place, logged to my MS store account and started downloading the game to my external HDD, left it overnight and came the next day to collect my staff.

went back home, started my PC plugged in the HDD and boom, i cannot copy the game files, I tried every possible way on the internet "even google search 10th page" but there was no luck, ended up formatting my HDD, but i didnt give up, there must be a way around right ?

So I went back to my friend house, armed with knowledge how to download the EappxBundle, i managed to download the installation package for the game which was nearly 75GB, i took the file back home, excited for this to work, then boom again, bunch of errors and missed hashes and whatever.

For someone eager to play the game he would probably give up and download cracked version from torrent sites and just play the game, and all of that goes back to how poorly MS store was designed. even if you look over the internet and see how much people is ranting over this issue you would probably know that this is a serious issue.

• Were there any changes made before this issue came up?
• What is the build and version of your Windows 10? To find out which version of Windows your PC is running, press Windows logo key + R, type
  winver, then select OK.
• What are the troubleshooting steps you have done so far?

I found suggestion on MS forums that could work. Did you tried this?

This issue occurs when the Windows store services is stopped.

I would suggest you to start the Windows store services and check if it helps:

• first in search type services
• then on services window select windows store services
• Right click and press start.

If the issue persist I would suggest you to reset Windows store and check if it helps:

Follow the steps to reset Windows store:

• On the desktop screen, press Windows and R key together to open run box.
  
• Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.
