Save every user authentication automatically for file sharing computers

Hello,. I am wondering if it is possible to save every user credentials from file sharing computers protected with a username and password automatically even if the save credentials box is not checked. How can i accomplish this if possible?

    :)

    Cannot access shared network drive

Personally, I wouldnt use Everyone. If anyone hacks into you, they have full access to everything and can demolish everything on your raid. I would rather set up accounts and access separately for each person. That way, I know who did all that damage. In the end with a little extra work, I feel more secure by using Authenticated Users.

    If this helps.
step 1 create non-microsoft account and without email and address without admin rights
step 2 share a drive or folder to specific user account (if Everyone is listed, remove it)
step 3 set security > add Authenticated Users (if more than 1 account) or add specific users
step 3a remove Everyone from list
step 3b uncheck full control and write for all items listed except SYSTEM and Admin account.
step 4 right click Start > Computer Management > System Tools > Shared Folders > Shares ... to verify settings and change anything else. You can also see the number of connections to each share here.

  3. Cannot access shared network drive

I could scream! so much time wasted on this stupid error, as if time is not precious enough!
It probably would work fine if I could see the other computer! But I cannot see the other computer!

Windows File share bug (7 and vista)

Security Options? Or are you creating your share by and as named administrator?

New files will only inherit permissions from originating user, and if you are the named administrator the files will be protected by default.

"Network access: Sharing and security model for local accounts

This security setting determines how network logons using local accounts are authenticated. If this setting is set to Classic, network logons that use local account credentials authenticate by using those credentials. The Classic model allows fine control over access to resources. By using the Classic model, you can grant different types of access to different users for the same resource.
If this setting is set to Guest only, network logons that use local accounts are automatically mapped to the Guest account. By using the Guest model, you can have all users treated equally. All users authenticate as Guest, and they all receive the same level of access to a given resource, which can be either Read-only or Modify.

    Default on domain computers: Classic.
Default on stand-alone computers: Guest only

    Important

With the Guest only model, any user who can access your computer over the network (including anonymous Internet users) can access your shared resources. You must use the Windows Firewall or other similar device to protect your computer from unauthorized access. Similarly, with the Classic model, local accounts must be password protected; otherwise, those user accounts can be used by anyone to access shared system resources.

    Note:

This setting does not affect interactive logons that are performed remotely by using such services as Telnet or Terminal Services
This policy will have no impact on computers running Windows 2000.
When the computer is not joined to a domain, this setting also modifies the Sharing and Security tabs in the Windows Explorer to correspond to the sharing and security model that is being used."
