    Windows Update Issue


    I have an HP ENVY x360. Recently it began updating to the new windows. I was paying no attention to it and while updating it died. When I replugged it in it began to reboot but it is now stuck in a loop and will not turn on. It Constantly displays the HP logo, flashes to undoing changes made to your computer, goes black, and then starts the process all over again.


    any ideas on how I could resolve this without losing everything on the computer?

    Definitely not an issue with the Windows Servers as I just re-installed yesterday and got all my updates.

    It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.

    If your wireless router has a built in firewall maybe it's somehow set to block the ports that Windows updates use?

    I'd also suggest if it works with it being directly connected then you could try resetting your router to see if this fixes the issue.

    That's my 2 cents anyways. *Smile Windows Update Issue :)

    Windows Update issue: I have this issue whenever I update my graphics driver to the newest version, my windows 11 forces another update after that to update to a lower version of the graphics driver i.e from 31.0.101.5445 to 31.0.101.5333 , this keeps happening no matter what I do....
