Windows 10: Prolbme with Xbox one controller/xbox accessories app on win 10

Hi everyone,


I'm having some issues getting an xbox one controller and the xbox accessories app working correctly with my windows 10 pc.


It's a brand new system with a fresh install of windows soI'm a bit puzzled.


The controller is connected via bluetooth and the basic functions buttons etc do work but I have no configuration options in the xbox accessories app and trigger vibration doesn't seem to work.


The xbox accessories app has the configuration button greyed out, there's no options at all. It's just an empty windows with a picture of the controller on it and the name of the app and some copyright stuff at the bottom.


I've tried re-installing the app and re-pairing the controller, no luck.


Any help would be great.
