Windows 10: Your Phone App becomes "Suspended" and it won't resume unless I use task manager to end process

Pretty much what the title says. My "Your Phone" app stops working (as in when I click the icon it won't open) and when I check task manager there is a green leaf icon on the your phone app process and it says "This UWP process group is suspending processes to improve system performance". There's a couple other apps with the same thing but the green leaf goes away when I open those apps. Not with the Your Phone App however. The only way I can "unsuspend" the process is to end the task in task manager and then try opening the your phone app again. Very Annoying. Is there any way I can fix this?

Is it possible to Audit Events of Process Resuming from Suspended state; for Task Scheduling trigger?

Hello,

I wish to create a scheduled task that is triggered by a process resuming from when it is "supsended" (like in the Task Manager status column of the Processes tab).

I have created a task that is triggered by process creation by following these steps: How to start a program when another one is started , however I wish to extend the event-triggering to include "Process Resume
from Suspended".

Is this possible?

Resume/Suspend Process

In task manager I suspended a few processes, but when I tried to resume them it wouldn't allow me to. Like, nothing happened, I tried to restart, and many other solutions, but nothing happened. Any other solutions or tips?

In regards to the link you provided, I am aware of and have used resmon to suspend and resume processes. However, like the instructions in the link I provided, I am trying to create an automated task (using the Windows Task Scheduler tool) that is triggered
by a process being resumed from being "Suspend" as opposed to the process being
created. Neither resource monitor nor' the instructions of the site seem to include any information that I could use such as what Audit Policy (or other) I'd have to enable and where to find the "Process Resume" event for use in creating a custom "Task
Scheduler Trigger". Thank you for support and if you have anything else I could try out, I'd highly appreciate it.
