Windows 10: What a Hassle . . .

When I run a movie, or type in a new movie. I use Vex movies.
I get a screen with the below words. What's worse. It takes 42 seconds to run.
When the message is done, the run is stopped. When, I click to start it. The message
is repeated. It would do this over and over. So, I give up . . .
I went to Hydrax.net. It's a website hosting company. How do I stop this message?

Gigabyte 6850 OC vbios flash to 6870

I have a pair of Gigabyte 6850's that I flashed with 6870 vBIOS for the minuscule voltage boost. They run stable at 925MHz (can maybe get up to 940MHz if ambient temps are low enough).

I'll post more details later if you're still interested. Basically the steps I followed were:

• Download a Gigabyte 6870 vBIOS from the TPU database.
• Edit the downloaded vBIOS with RBE to set the model back down to 6850 (avoid potential driver issues)
• Flash with DOS bootable USB stick

Is it worth the hassle? Prolly not

 

whats a good computer??

cause my parents don't trust building a computer and all the possible hassles of of rmaing... i try explain to them its nothing complicated but yeah. i already have the list of everything i wanted like a gigabyte p35, q6600 G0 stepping, 2 gb 800, corsair 620w, thermalright 120 extreme, cooler master 690, scythe s-flex 120mm fans, 320gb seagate barracuda sata, blah.

 

Watercooling help

If you want watercooling without the hassle of watercooling, go Corsair. As suggested, the H70's or H100's are great units and provide good cooling.

However, I personally like to buy the parts and piece it together myself, that's the fun part.

Parts list:

-Pump
-Reservoir
-Radiator
-Water block(s) "depends on what you are cooling"
-Tubing
-Clamps
-Fluid
-Fan(s) for radiator (s)

Don't think I missed anything. The above can be completely different and shaped to what you need. I strongly suggest doing a lot of research on this topic, as there is sooo many different parts and ways to go. But at least that list should get you on your way if you want to piece your own kit together.
