Windows 10: Windows 10 Mail app dumped all four of the outlook.com mailboxes after .NET update 28 Jan 2020

I have four outlook.com mailboxes and two gmail mailboxes registered in the Mail application. For several years, the Mail app has worked fine with these accounts.


After applying the "January 28, 2020-KB4534132 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1903 and Windows Server 1903 RTM and Windows 10, version 1909 and Windows Server, version 1909" update, all four of the outlook.com mailboxes have disappeared from Mail, and only the gmail mailboxes remain. This is grossly unacceptable behavior. Running the "January 28, 2020—KB4532695 OS Builds 18362.628 and 18363.628" update leaves the mailboxes still missing.


When I look in "Settings - Accounts - Email & accounts" all six of the mailboxes are still registered there.


What the hell happened, and how do we have to recover from this error?

Connecting to a Shared Mailbox in Windows 10 Mail/Outlook app.

We appreciate the additional information that you have provided. If you're referring to the Mail app for Windows 10, the feature is not yet available. However, the feature can be accessed using the Outlook 2016 application and the Outlook Web app.

Windows 10 mail outlook app- slow syncing

Before we proceed, I need more information to help you better.

• What type of email account are you working on? Is it POP3, IMAP or Exchange server email account?
• Are you referring to Outlook Mail Client or website?

If you are referring to Outlook Mail app then, I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the Mailbox sync settings.

• Open the Mail app and sign in to your account.
• Click on the gear icon (Settings) from the bottom left corner.
• Click on the Accounts under Settings.
• Click on your account and select Change settings.
• Click on the Change mailbox sync settings and check in the
  Sync options.

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
