  1. Microsoft Says Metered Network - DEFINITELY NOT!

We have AT&T as our Internet Service Provider with lots of extras because our grandchildren wanted this and they wanted that. That is fine by us! What we definitely do NOT have is some "metered network" which Microsoft continues to insist we are on yet only on my new Dell PC. My husband who can write any program needed on the mainframe at the company he has worked for far too many years anyone ever heard ofRetirement/Maybe even a little traveling is unable or maybe he considers this type of question too trivial to be bothered with?

If someone could tell me how to fix this and I apologize for my sarcastic attitude but it has been an extremely rough year I won't bore anyone with details. I would, however be extremely grateful if someone could point me in the right direction because it has now interfered with my ability to post photos from my One Drive account and giving me messages such as "Unable to sync due to my "Metered Network".

    Thank you for your help!
