Windows 10: unremovable ACPI control battery driver

my battery is not charging I contacted Microsoft advisor and they told me to remove my battery uninstall the ACPI control method battery driver and insert the battery again I did this process couple of times but every time I restart my laptop the battery starts to charge for like 2-3minits and then the driver show up again and the same problem runs again ...I can't uninstall it what can I do ??

Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery driver missing

I tried it says reinstall device driver intel(R) atom(TM) processor I2c controller then i press apply this fix then it says the same but while searching on internet i found out that it is tge problem for microsoft acpi complient control method battery
driver and i cannot find the driver to download i even tried troubleshhoting steps restart the pc and add legacy device but it does not show the driver not even in device maneger it is totaaly gone

Method 1

Disable the Adaptive Brightness to Fix Dim Screen in Windows 10

1. Click on Start, and then enter
   Power Options into the search field.
   
2. Select Power Options from the list
   
3. Click on Change plan settings link next to the already selected plan.
   
4. Click on Change advanced power settings link, and the Power Options window will appear.
   
5. Scroll down to the Display Brightness option, put 100% in
   On Battery and keep plugged in 100% as well.
   
6. Browse down to Dimmed Display Brightness, and do the same as mentioned in step 5.
   
7. Scroll down further to
   Enable adaptive brightness, and then put both On Battery and Plugged in to Off
