Windows 10: WHY WINDOWS CHANGING EVERY USER'S RESOLUTION IF 1 USER CHANGE IT settings are not...

i am using Windows 10 Pro 1909 Build 18363.720 i was having problem with some programs like android studio AVD emulator it was not opening properly when my screen resolution was 3840x2160 & Scale size 250% so i made another user in windows so that i can use android studio and other programs in it when required on lower resolution


i made the user and change the resolution size to 1600x900 Scale size 100% now all the programs are working fine BUT the problem is when i log out and sign in to my other user in which i was having resolution 3840x2160 it is now changed to 1600x900, this means each user configs are not persistent when other one change something the first one user's configs will be disturbed

lots of programs don't work on 3840x2160 display however it feels really good and clear when i use higher resolution, can't lower down the scale size from 250% recommended as it become very small if changed, and i don't report each program developer to look after the matter that your app is not responsive at all.



please suggest me how can i make it persistent for each user




PS: both users are part of administrators group, and Microsoft account logged in as well

How to change User name on Windows 10

Change the Resolution setting on the moniter

Hello, to change your screen resolution, please follow these steps:

2) Under Scale and layout, check the setting under Change the size of text, apps, and other items. We suggest you use the percentage marked "(Recommended)."

3) If that doesn't solve your problem, under Resolution, select a new value. We suggest you stick with the resolution marked "(Recommended)."

Windows 7 - change user temp folder.

Hi all,
i would like to change user temp folder, becausze i can't install Nero. How to do that? I know how to change Windows temp folder, but not user.
