Windows 10: Night light doesn't work in full-screen apps.

I use night light all the time, including games. Previously, everything was fine, but after updating Windows to version 1909, which passed 05.02.2020, this option does not work in games. I haven't played all this time and only discovered the problem now. Therefore, it is only an assumption that the problem is related to this update. I also hypothesized that the problem does not appear in games specifically, but in full-screen applications. For example, if you change the display mode from full-screen mode in Dota 2, the night light will work. I also learned how to work around this problem in Dota 2. When you open the app, you need to re-apply the resolution settings that were already set. I don't know why it works like this. In CS:GO, the same situation is observed, except that re-applying the settings does not fix the problem - the night light still does not work. To clarify the situation: the night light continues to work on the device, so if you collapse the full-screen app, everything is fine, but the night light does not work in the app itself.

In Dota 2, we managed to get around the problem by setting the startup parameter -nogammaramp. The Internet says that this should work in CS:GO, but not for me. I still want to know what this problem is related to. That is, solve the problem at the system level, not the application level, if possible.

What I tried to do:

1 Update video card drivers

2 Execute the commands: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and sfc /scannow. And the second command found some problems, but fixed everything. If you need a log file, I can then upload it off.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".
