Windows 10: Wrong size of Wallpapers

I have a problem with the size of my wallpapers and how they are displayed on the screen. In the link down below is an image where you can see what the problem is. I think it may be because of the resolution of the selected image for the wallpaper since a few full hd pics get displayed on fullscreen. but i dont know how the full image can be displayed on the whole screen nonetheless.

Does someone know how i can change the wallpaper on fullscreen? Or what the problem is?

N70 wallpaper size

Right size for wallpaper is 176x144, that's the size of the part in the screen you can set as wallpaper. if you want to create a new theme, as told by ashley123, you need to work on a image of 176x208.

The best size for your wallpaper would probably be 176x208.
