Windows 10: the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. reinstalling the...

just got my laptop back from a repair, they deleted important files that i had asked them not to, they left my sims 4 game but not the origin software that uploads it. They had left my game mods but not the 7-zip softeare that tskes to upload it. My computer has a double pop up that states "the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem" followed by another pop-up "the code excution cannot proceed because VCRUNETIME140.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem" . So i researched it even though it is not my place to fix your short comings after supposably repairing my laptop when it was hacked, 2 send ins ago. I sent this to your company twice, begging to not delete my save files for my game or any of my downloaded content, such as the virus protection software i got with my warranty. Well i had to wipe my data clean, i reset the computer as heartwrenching as it was and still the pop-ups happen when i try to download origin. Its ridiculous , I feel like I gave my laptop to a bunch of tech monkeys that just played around with my software, messing it up worse then it was.

MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll Errors

Many of my programs aren't working, I am getting two error codes when I go to open these programs, one says "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." and "The code execution
cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program the program may fix this problem."

 

VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll missing in Windows 10

In trying to open a particular program (On1 Resize 2019) in my brand new computer running Windows 10, I get the following messages:

The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found

and

The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Where do I get MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME.dll

I got the following 2 messages :

The execution code cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. (repeated once).

and

The execution code cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME.dll was not found. (also repeated once).

How do I get them into my computer?
