Windows 10: My NAT Type says Teredo is unable to qualify

On my PC that is connected with a Ethernet cable it says under Xbox Live Multiplayer, NAT Type is Teredo is unable to qualify and my Server connectivity says Blocked and I have checked the NAT type and Server connectivity on another PC and it all worked the NAT Type says "Open" and its on the same network just wireless, I have tried everything clicking the fix it button, checking IP Helper, making sure I have the Teredo Adapter Downloaded which its not and it doesn't show when I try to add a Adapter, tried commands in the command prompt, I tried PowerShell both in admin and I also rang iiNet My ISP, Xbox Support and Microsoft Support and none of them knew anything.

if your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address. Teredo is a networking protocol that’s used to establish secure communications between clients and servers and to facilitate connectivity between devices behind routers that use network
address translation (NAT). To resolve your concern, we suggest that you follow the steps provided on this

link.

If you have already done those steps as you mentioned in your description, you may proceed to open the network ports and setting a static Teredo port by following the steps on this

link.

My NAT type says "Teredo is unable to qualify"

I keep getting an issue with my NAT type for the windows 10 xbox app, it keeps on kicking out of games with my friends. We're currently trying to play Gears of War 4 campaign Co-Op together and it boots me out the game with them. I went to my network settings
on the windows 10 xbox app (I'm now using the Beta version, as I was using the normal version before and still got the problems.) and it says my NAT type is "Teredo is unable to qualify". I've tried all of the help sections on the microsoft page, and watched
youtube videos but nothing will fix it.

The problem I am having is that the Xbox app on Windows 10 shows the NAT Type as :Teredo is unable to qualify.

However the problem actually seems to be a disconnect between Teredo and the app, as shown below:
