Windows 10: Webcam doesn't show in device manager. Doesn't work.

I have an HP model 15-bs289wm. I tried accessing the integrated webcam for work and when I use the Microsoft camera app I get a message that says "We can't find your camera. Check to be sure it is connected and installed properly, that it isn't being blocked by anti-virus software, and that your camera drivers are up to date. If you need it here is the error code 0xA00F4244". I have tried installing drivers through device manager and the webcam isn't listed anywhere. I even tried to add legacy hardware. Camera and imaging software is listed but the webcam is not. I have disabled anti-virus software. I have had this laptop for 2 years and this is the first time I have tried using the camera function. I have troubleshooted for two days and don't know what else to do. I believe I need to download drivers but I don't know which ones will work. I have Windows 10 that has been updated with all the recent 1903 updates. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. I really need this for work. Thank you.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Double Tap to wake doesn`t work at my Lumia 620. I have all on in settings but still doesn`t work. I`m pretty sure that in update AMBER or BLACK this function works properly. But after DENIM update doesn`t. Maybe you are planning some update for this future
?
