Windows 10: How can i know which program ran silently on my computer at a specific time ?

I was browsing on firefox/reddit earlier, with nothing else opened on my computer, and a program opened for like 2 seconds on my taskbar, the icon was like black bars in the shape of a flower on an orange background.

And then it vanished, this is not the first time it happens and i've never seen this icon before these rare appearances, so i don't like this.

-It is not in my installed programs

-not in windows running tasks

-not in event viewer (although i'm not really sure how to use it)

I would say at first glance that it's probably just some program doing a background update or something, but how can i be sure ?

I saw the icon pop up at 00:32, and disappear 2-3 seconds later so my question is :

How can i know precisely which program launched at this specific time ?

Computer in sleep mode shuts down open programs

When your computer is in hibernate mode, does all your programs have been shut off or closed? May we know what's the specific program that you use? Let's try to reset Power schemes. Please follow the steps below:

• Right on Start button, > select Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• Copy and paste the command below:
  

powercfg -restoredefaultschemes

• When finished, close the command prompt then reboot your PC.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

One computer cannot access other network computers.


So I've tried every troubleshooting step I know:

• Double checked that Net Bios was enabled
• Ran a bunch of network commands:
  • flushed DNS
  • registered dns
  • pinged and located the named computers successfully
• Reset my router to factory settings

Nothing works when I try to access via explorer. I'm still baffled by the fact that every other computer can access each other AND access this computer. It's just the outgoing connection from this machine that doesn't work.

Any thoughts?
