Frequent Shutdown Crashes for past several years

    Greetings everyone,

I'm at the end of my rope on this one. Normally I don't do this since I'm a very experienced CompTIA A+ Tech and gamer and heavy PC builder. Since I built a new PC in 2015 to start youtube streaming my PC would just Shutdown Crash. This started whenever I would play any games but then progressed to now shutdowns with no pattern or logic. Since this has started with a Core i7 5th Gen 2011 and MSI motherboard and EVGA 980 FTW card and 16GB G and air cooled cpu heatsink/fan. Skill DDR 4 RAM 2400, I have replaced out the video card with a 980 TI, motherboard to Aurous x370, Ryzen 7 1700x, Antec 980w power supply and 4 7200 WD HDD's, now the final rebuilt verision now is MSI x570 Creation motherboard, Corsair 800W modular powersupply, nzxt liquid cooler, 2 Samsung 960 nvme SSD's in Raid 1, 4 Seagate HDD's in Raid 0, cooling fans replaced out. Literally all hardware has been replaced out/upgraded and still this issue persists. The only thing that I can think of that has not been replaced out is the tower which is a ThermalTake V71 case. The event viewer log is below. Please help.

    all games crash!

    I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

I would guess that your GPU is faulty, the crashes that are most frequent seem related to the GPU.

I do have a suggestion, although this suggestion is more often seen with 0x9F crashes where drivers are in an inconsistent state for the OS.
Try to change the powerplan, standard there are following plans
    1. Powersaver,
    2. Balanced, standard selected,
    3. High performance
If you didn't change your power plan, you have balanced selected.
Select High performance and see if it makes a difference.

    Frequent Unexpected shutdowns

I am getting frequent shutdowns at various times in Windows 10. It can be while playing a game, browsing or sitting idol. The whole computer just turns off. I have upgraded from Windows 7 64 bit to Windows 10 64 bit. I have an AMD Octocore processor with
AMD 7700 Video Card. I have updated all drivers to Windows 10 drivers from the websites. I have had 2-3 days of normal work without shutdowns but have had nothing but shutdowns every 10 min - 2 hours now. I have gone through the troubleshooting guide but cannot
rename a file to .old even as an administrator, states I do not have that permission. I ran the Scan with no results. This is frustrating and will convert back to Windows 7 until this can be fixed. I need the computer for work with live streaming and cannot
afford to have shutdowns and crashes.

Any suggestions for when I decided to upgrade again?
