    Program windows move to primary monitor upon wake or startup


    As stated in the subject line, I have a dual monitor setup, primary is plugged in via a displayport cable, and the secondary is connected via hdmi to my GPU which is a evga 1080ti ftw3 with the latest driversnot sure if thats relevant. I use my secondary monitor to display a discord window all of the time and if my computer goes into sleep, or is restarted/started up the window that was previously in the secondary monitor will show up on my primary monitor. Windows 10 did not always use to do this so I am baffled. Current version is Windows 10 Version 1909 KB4497165.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Adding programs to startup with Windows 7?

    You could add entries to the registry to launch the apps on startup, but it's easier to just add them to the startup foler as Newt suggested.
